BRUNSWICK, GA – Coleman Company, Inc. (CCI), a Savannah-based civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, planning, and construction administration firm, celebrated the grand opening of its Brunswick office at 301 Gloucester Street with a ribbon cutting ceremony hosted by the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce on September 10th, 2026. The office is now open and serving clients throughout Glynn County and Southeast Georgia.

The ceremony brought together CCI leadership, Chamber leadership, local government representatives, clients, and community members to mark the completion of an expansion the firm first announced in June. Representing the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce were CEO Ralph Staffins and Riley Wilkes. Glynn County was represented by Commisoner Wayne Neal, Commissioner Bob Duncan, Commissioner Sammy Tostensen, and Commissioner David Sweat, while City of Brunswick Commissioner Gwen Atkinson-Williams joined the celebration on behalf of the city. Coleman Company leadership participating in the ceremony included Founder Terry Coleman, President Greg Coleman, Principals Doug Faircloth, Travis Burke, Pete Miller, and Neal McKenzie.

Founded in 2013 and headquartered in Savannah, CCI has grown to a team of more than 75 professionals serving public and private clients throughout Georgia and South Carolina. The Brunswick office brings the firm’s full range of capabilities closer to the projects it supports on the coast, including civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, land planning, water and wastewater, water resources, and construction administration.

The office is anchored by two of CCI’s seasoned professionals, Juan Buleje, PLS, and Lee Webb, PE, both of whom are well known to clients and communities across Southeast Georgia. Their presence in Brunswick gives clients direct, on-the-ground access to the firm’s engineering and surveying teams, along with faster response to field work, permitting, and construction phase support.

“Opening the doors in Brunswick is something our team has been looking forward to for a long time,” said Greg Coleman, President. “We have been working in Glynn County and the surrounding communities for years and being here full-time changes what we can do for our clients. We are grateful to the Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber and to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. We are here for the long term.”

CCI works with municipalities, counties, state agencies, school districts, developers, and private clients across a range of markets including industrial, commercial, residential, resort and amenities, institutional, and government. The Brunswick office offers that same full suite of services.

The Brunswick office is located at 301 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, GA 31520.
