In this role, Rakeim will be instrumental in attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent, while also supporting key human resources functions to continue and expand a positive and engaging employee experience.
With several years of experience connecting engineering and surveying professionals with career opportunities across the Southeast, Rakeim brings a strong background in talent acquisition and employee relations. His passion for people, culture, and growth aligns with Coleman Company’s commitment to building a strong workplace.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, and a graduate of Georgia Southern University, Rakeim is dedicated to supporting the professional development of his colleagues. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys cooking and spending valuable time with his family. His addition to the team will be pivotal as Coleman Company continues to expand.
